Rules for ads on Breadwave and for promoting Breadwave products.

For creators and affiliatesLast updated 30 September 2026

1. Who can advertise

Display ads on breadwave.com are open to approved advertisers and products with a refund rate below 20% and a dispute and fraud rate below 1%. If your rates go above that, your ads are paused until they recover, without a refund of ad fees.

2. What every ad must include

Your logo and brand name; a clear call to action with a working landing page; text that contrasts with its background; professional, high-quality images. Changes to approved creative, landing pages or affiliate tools must be re-submitted for review.

3. What ads may include

Verifiable past results, such as total affiliate commissions paid (say which niche and account they relate to); affiliate tools; front-end price and upsells; potential commission, e.g. “earn up to $XX a sale”; genuine scarcity; and testimonials that are real, typical and can be proven.

4. What ads must not include

Major brand logos; animated images; obscene, defamatory or infringing content; celebrity photos without permission; false, misleading or deceptive claims; adult content; illegal, dangerous or deceptive offers; violence, hate or harassment; alcohol or gambling; vulgar language; mistreatment of people or animals; irrelevant images.

5. Earnings and numbers

No specific earnings-per-click, conversion or refund rates; no expected sales figures; no earnings claims above the commission set in the account (the highest is 75%); no account statistics or sales screenshots; no promise that results are effortless.

6. Honest selling

No false scarcity or fake countdowns; no bonuses or prizes Breadwave doesn’t support; no third-party or unverified testimonials; no vague “#1” or “best” claims; no invented life stories; no unproven expert endorsements; no fake “was” prices; no more than three upsells or two exit pop-ups per sales flow; no “as seen on” claims without proof; no blind offers that hide how the product works.

7. Videos

Submit a script before your video is reviewed. Viewers must be able to pause or leave.

8. Using the Breadwave name

Don’t use the Breadwave logo without permission.

9. Required disclaimer for contests and emails

“This offer has been created by the seller and not by Breadwave. Breadwave is not responsible for any information in it, including product information, promotions, incentives or expected returns, or for any linked third-party websites.” Emails must also include our physical address and an unsubscribe link.

10. Changes

We may change these guidelines, and reject or remove any ad, at any time.
