1. Acceptable content
Products must be legal and respect other people’s intellectual property. No content that promotes violence, discrimination, hate speech or illegal activity.
2. Quality
Products must be high quality and free from malware, viruses or harmful software. Software and anything that needs installing must come with clear instructions.
3. Not allowed
Adult content, explicit material or pornography; illegal schemes; content that invades privacy; defamatory content.
4. Descriptions
Describe your product accurately and honestly: what it is, what’s included, its limits and what the buyer needs to use it.
5. Support
Answer your buyers promptly and help with problems. Breadwave may step in when needed.
6. Refunds
Set a clear refund policy for each product. It must not conflict with Breadwave’s Refund policy.
7. Marketplace approval
Products listed on the marketplace are reviewed before they go live and must meet these guidelines and our Advertising guidelines.
8. Enforcement
Follow the consumer protection and digital product laws where you and your buyers are. We review listings and remove products that break these guidelines. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to suspension or closure of your account.
